Hunan Zhicheng Chemicals Co. Ltd, formerly Hunan Xiangdan Industry Co. Ltd, was established as a Sino-Foreign Joint Venture after its acquisition by Guangdong Zhongcheng Chemicals Inc. Ltd. The company is located in Zhuzhou, Hunan, the largest railroad junction in Southern China. The plant has broad utilities infrastructure. There are nine dedicated rail lines from the plant to the Zhuzhou North Rail Station connecting the following major rail lines : Beijing-Guangzhou, Zhejiang-Jiangxi, Hunan-Guizhou, Hunan-Guangxi. The plant has its own rail cars and locomotives. The company adjoins the Xiang River and is close to the National Highway 107, Highway 320 and the Changsha Huanghua Airport. There is a power generating boiler with steam generating capacity of 560Ton/Hr and power generating capacity of 51,000KW/Hr. The company currently employs 2780 people including 900 engineers and technicians.
